Billy Best is a transportation enthusiast and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He is dedicated to discussing, in an open forum, important and overlooked economic, environmental and transportation related issues that may impact the natural and man-made environment by using his knowledge and background to inform students, citizens, and other concerned stakeholders of significant environmental concerns and potential consequences.
